Thank you for visiting my website.
I am Stacey Gardner MCFHP MAFHP, a qualified Foot Health Practitioner having studied at the SMAE Institute in London. I am also a member of The British Association of Foot Health Professionals.
Foot problems can prevent you from enjoying the lifestyle that you choose. Taking care of your feet will help to keep you mobile and pain free. As a Foot Health Specialist, I will discuss your medical history and also check the blood supply and pulses in your lower legs and feet.
A routine session will typically include the assessment and treatment of corns, hard skin, callus reduction, in-growing toenails, nail trimming, nail reduction and fungal infections.
You will be offered any nail care and/or foot care advice that you may need. Recommendations will be made for appropriate treatment or medication that may be required to remedy any conditions that are affecting you.
It is recommended that you visit your Foot Health Practitioner at least once every six to eight weeks. This is to maintain or improve the condition of your feet and nails and to ensure that any new issues are identified and treated as soon as possible.
Foot health care sessions will usually take place in your own home, however, I am also happy to visit residential/care homes or sheltered housing schemes.
